A walk through intake, destoning, controlled drying and packing — and the checkpoints between each stage.
Our processing sites in Ebonyi and Akwa-Ibom States sit deliberately close to the farm clusters that supply them, which keeps raw material fresh and transport losses low.
Intake begins with sampling: moisture, foreign matter and grain or tuber condition are recorded before a load is accepted. Rejected loads are documented, and the feedback goes back to the cooperative.
From there, product moves through destoning, controlled drying, milling or extraction, grading and packing. Each stage has a checkpoint with a recorded reading, so a finished pallet can be traced backwards through its whole production history.
The result is not glamorous, but it is what industrial buyers actually need: the same product, arriving on the same schedule, batch after batch.
