Accessibility Statement

Platemate is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology.

01Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as a working standard, and we consider accessibility at the design stage rather than as an afterthought.

02Measures we take

Practices applied across the site include the following.

  • Semantic HTML structure with a single, descriptive heading hierarchy per page
  • Descriptive alternative text for meaningful imagery
  • Colour combinations chosen for legible contrast
  • Keyboard-operable navigation and visible focus states
  • Responsive layouts that reflow for small screens and zoom

03Known limitations

Some third-party embeds and legacy documents may not yet meet our target standard. We review these periodically and prioritise fixes based on the impact on users.

04Feedback

If you encounter a barrier on this site, please tell us at info@platemate.ng, describing the page and the difficulty you experienced. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five business days.

05Alternative access

If any content on this site is inaccessible to you, we will provide the same information by email, telephone or in person at our Lagos office on request.
