Nigerian agriculture is powered by smallholders. When their yields improve and their income is predictable, our raw material improves too. That alignment guides how we buy, how we pay and where we invest.
We measure progress in practical terms: tonnes sourced directly, farmers trained, residue diverted from waste, and roles created around our processing operations.

Fair, direct sourcing
We buy directly from cooperatives at transparent prices, with payment terms farmers can plan around.
Agronomy support
Field teams share varietal guidance, harvest timing and post-harvest handling practice to lift yield and quality.
Waste to value
Husk, peel and process residue are redirected into feed, fuel and soil amendment rather than landfill.
Water and energy
Drying and parboiling schedules are tuned to cut energy per tonne, with water reuse where it is safe to do so.
Local employment
Processing, packing and logistics roles are filled locally, with training pathways into technical positions.
Nutrition access
Affordable pack sizes keep quality staples reachable for households, not just industrial buyers.
